Notwithstanding, I have more stories than Tolstoy, and as exciting as Grisham, Kellerman novels combined. Almost all these are predominately from the “Intentional Malfeasance of Westminster Municipalities, Adams County, and the shepard family and their continual malevolent behaviors which can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.” To save time, hereafter is a few.

• Hit with a broom on the head accidently by a family member.    “Stitches.”

•  As a bystander hit with a driver golf club on the right front temple (in custody).  “Stitches.”

•  I, while playing nine-ball and speaking with somebody, was hit on the right back side of my head and broke the big end of the pool stick with my right cerebellum (in Custody). “This one hurt! But the next ones where life changers, some of which I am still ‘Medically suffering from today.’    ‘Major Concussion.’”

• I over a month’s time, endured traumatic pain (documented), which has had grown men cry. I was continuously thumped on by three over-sized men (Marshall, Faulkner, Saunders at ACDC), for cutting my hair making paintbrushes, then taking the color off of M&M and painting Janice (nurse) a picture. “To many recurring injuries to date: ‘I Suffered and still to present day have: TBI, CTE, PTSD, Chronic Pain, Chronic Inflammation, a dislocated shoulder, cracked ribs, and too much chronic pain to date, “TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy)” CTE is linked to Brain-Disease, i.e., from having been beaten continuously, sustaining numerous thumps on the head, suffering concussions and head trauma.” I have the “PTSD, Chronic Pain”, (family and subcontractors can verify) scars and lumps to prove it, and still present 2025. Just minor details of being hog-tied and held down with hands and boots over a months’ time.

• I was on my usual morning run, when a dave intentionally ran me over in a Lexus. I literally hit the fender, flying-up smashing right into the hood, falling, crashing right into the asphalt. “Flat splat just like that, like poo on the bottom of your shoes! Ouch, that hurt!” Then I had to drag my left leg home 4.5 miles, as I did not ever jog with a phone; just shorts, socks and shoes. Then went back to work at “Traditions’ by Pascal,” within two-weeks. ‘Hello working split shifts five days a week. I have had over 8-Surgeries including but not limited to: “ACL, MCL, Meniscus, Chronic Rheumatoid & Osteoarthritis, Chronic Pain, Chronic Inflammation, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, etc.”

•  Shot in the head accidently by family member.   “Stitches.”

•  Heart Palpitations (Radon gas exposure) 3-Visits Jan-March 2025 (St. Anthony, Federal Heights, CO). If the temperature in the basement is below 55, I and fourteen family members have been intentionally poisoned via the shepard-families malevolent criminal acts for decades with malice.

•  I, and numerous relatives, but moreover “Grandma Rife, Jeff, Rachel, and I” have breathed Radon for the last few decades via our north neighbor the shepard-family of malfeasance.

•  Notwithstanding and hereafter it is the “Triggers the Radon the Gases,” which sets off my Anatomical Reflexes, especially my Respiratory System which attributes to my Chronic Migraines, lurking like Freddie Kruger waiting for the right moment to BOOM, attack! ATTACKING, my Chronic Pain, knives in hand, slicing, gashing exacerbating my Chronic Pain, which keeps my eyelids from lowering and previous to the “SAPSS of Adams County and their Habitual Criminal Nature and Hate Crimes!” I was able to reach the REM stage. I haven’t slept well in over seven years! “Whereas my previous X-Girlfriends can attest that not long after laying down in bed and without making love my eyelids were fading and I would almost simultaneously be asleep as my head landed on the pillow.” Now all I have are a few REM songs replaying in my head as I count the dimples in the ceiling, 8,279,175 still counting... and am lucky if I can manage four-hours of continuous sleep at once, which only transpires when...

•  This was not determined until my daughter Rachel begun getting “Chronic Headaches, then myself.” There are so many who know especially ACP, WM, WCE, WPD, but have as much accountability as a two-year-old girl who stole her five-year-old sisters’ pacifier. This is in due per the Judges, Prosecutors, Lawyers in CA stating the obvious per Criminal Negligence since fifteen: “Physical, Emotional, Mental Damage, Chronic Migraines-Pain, Scarring of Lungs, Shortness of breath...”

•  I don’t have any tattoos, because I have as many scars as Frankenstein, and am held together with more stitches than a Raggedy Andy doll (in need of Cinderella;) The inundating pain: “Numerous Nerve, Arterial Damage, Scar Tissue to name only a few.”

•  I have more lacerations and injuries (verified St. Anthony Hospital, Federal Heights, CO) Within the last decade at this residence from the constant Radon exposure (shepard-family) then I did as an Executive Chef. Or, when I owned my 5-time “Award Winning remodeling company Divine Designs LTD. Think about it working six days a week minimum fourteen-hours, as a General Contractor, and only going to the hospital once in six years! Whereas, here in Westminster, Exasperated Continual Compounded Disabilities, and numerous ER visits, in which I was known on a first name basis.

•  Know the numerous “Awards and Recognition’s” that I have? In two different careers, in two different states? How many do you know who can claim these successes? This only comes about from: Wisdom, 7500 plus AP books which I was robbed twice for including much do research on ‘Humanity & Human Trafficking.’ All this while working minimal fourteen-hour days, 60-80 hours and 6-days a week; continuously, while maintaining the highest level of Integrity, and dedication. Male dominated professions, because they are brutal on the mind and body, with high turnover rates. Whereas, I did it in two very different careers in two different states. My body was a machine, tell I begun residing in Westminster, CO, and it became a prison of seclusion.

•  “I’m a bit Extro-Introverted, but I have not ever spent this much time in any of my residences at once!” I had low-turnover rates in all of my professions; as two of my cooks “Chris & Derek”, followed me from Denver, CO to Newport Beach, CA in the 90’s. Whereas, continually for years almost my entire kitchen staff: “Cantori, Del-Le Cruz, Gonzalez...” followed me, from Bristol Bistro from one restaurant to another as well as much of the front-of-the-house. This though! Yes, the awards and recognitions are grandeur, nevertheless, one of my biggest achievements was that my waitstaff followed me. That’s an accolade! Have you, or do you know somebody who has worked in the hospitality industry? This was no different than when I was the owner manager of Divine Designs LTD. A few of my sub-contractors (Gutiérrez, Sarmiento etc. were with me three years and more.

Do you know anybody who has had this kind of consistency with their employees, then customers in two different states, in two different careers? “To always been taking care of people, that’s ‘Integrity & Wisdom’”.
